The Rich Girls Are Weeping is curated by super best friends Cindy Hotpoint & Pinkie Von Bloom. (And yes, they took the name from the Brian Eno song "Cindy Tells Me.")
They formerly lived in Austin, Texas but are now based in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.
They also dj, design upscale knitwear for the discerning gentleman, have totally bizarre day jobs and collectively own approx. 250 pairs of party shoes and more than 2,000 records.
Almost all of the content contained herein is dependent the vagaries of your hostess' weird tastes and whatever they're really into these days. What I really want to know is who's providing the music for that Sprint commercial where all the people are doing light drawnings for the camera. The one where it seems like they're in this park all night long and, at the end, the morning arrives and everyone leaves. It's an instrumental piece, which makes it incredibly hard to isolate through a google search.
